Hotel Barbato - Naples

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, making it a nice place to relax. 🛏️.

All the rooms are airy and clean with comfortable bed and the staff are helpful! There is a lot of supplies like : an individual safe, an air conditioning, and a minibar.

The room is really noisy.

All the employees were affable.

This hotel is located conveniently close to the airport, making it the perfect spot for budget travelers staying overnight before or after their flights. It is also easily accessible by public transport, with a nearby bus stop. some rooms offer clean and comfortable beds, as well as pleasant service from staff.

Some aspects, such as the limited breakfast options, may not be satisfying for those with specific dietary needs or preferences.

We were told it was smoking it wasn't, there was no wireless internet available, we were given a USB stick then told it had to be returned later that day as it was the only one available in the hotel. Breakfast shocking for 4 star and we extended our check out to keep our bags in one of the rooms and told it would be an extra 30 Euros only to be charged 50 Euros. This was an insult as one of the rooms A/C leaked and filled a bucket of water throughout the night. The reception did not speak any english and there was no information about the area available. There was no tea and coffee in the room and not even a glass. Appalling we would never stay there again!

The staff were helpful, close to the airport, clean room, comfortable bed.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful and, although their English was not perfect they tried very hard and were able to communicate - we do not speak any Italian.

The location was not the best area of Naples (not sure where is though) but it was close to the airport, only a 5-10 min taxi trip, which was why we chose it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke fluent English, making us feel right at home. They were ready to assist us with any service we needed, even though we arrived late at night. The hotel facilities were in great shape, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were extremely cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which was perfect for our early morning flight.

We recommend this hotel to all! The location is ideal, with easy access to the airport.

Small hotel, perfectly clean, smiling, friendly staff.

l'accoglienza mi e molto piaciuta,mi hanno parcheggiato la macchina i n un posto molto difficile e custodito ; tutto era pulitissimo . Anche la posizione del albergo in centro citta' e la prossimita del aeroporto e la gentilleza degli albergatori j'ai beaucoup aime cet hotel,tres propre,tres accueillant ou le personnel m'a propose de me garer ma voiture ce qui , dans la circulation diabolique de Naples n'est pas une mince affaire. Tres bien situe a la fois en plein centre ville et a proximite de l'aeroport .ET le top, ils donnent une chambre avec balcon pour les fumeurs et un CENDRIER...........

Spent my Easter holiday at a hotel near the airport and was impressed with the amenities. The breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold options, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The location was perfect for quick airport access and the room was clean and comfortable with a nice view to outside. The hotel shuttle service was efficient and reliable, making travel to and from the airport hassle-free.

The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and hard to connect to at times, and the noise level from the street was loud at night. the lack of in-room fridge made it challenging to keep drinks cold, which could be an issue for longer stays.

Very nice modern rooms and beautifully clean . Staff most helpful , we had an early flight from Naples airport (reason for staying in this hotel) and they arranged a taxi to be there at 5.30am - it cost 15 euros.

Hotel-wise no problems at all , but as someone said about another of the hotels in the airport vicinity , nice hotel , but where in this city is clean and safe. I would go back to the Hotel Barbato any day , if it were anywhere but Naples to which we will never return .

Staff were an absolute delight and extremely helpful and friendly. I wouldnt hesitate recommeding or revisiting the hotel. I know how important reviews are and how they influence choice - rest assured and relax this hotel is what you're looking for !
